I like it overall, but I really wish they offered more colors. The experience was fine, though it did kind of feel like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer. A few more options and a more personal touch would make it better...

I really appreciated how many customization options ZüCA offers. Between the frame colors, bag styles, and the small add-ons, it was easy to put together something that actually matched what I had in mind. The process felt straightforward and kind of fun, honestly. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that a few of the options I wanted were out of stock at the time, so I had to switch from my first choice. That said, I’m still very happy with the final setup I ended up with.

I’ve had my ZüCA bag for a little while now, honestly I can’t remember if I got it earlier this year or last, time is a blur—but cleaning it has been mostly fine. I usually just wipe down the frame and the fabric and it looks decent again. The annoying part is around the wheels, because dirt gets stuck in there and it takes longer than I thought it would. It’s not terrible or anything, but it’s not magically easy either.
